Conversant C-Lite Technical Training Course
We now offer online sales and technical training courses for our reseller partners.
The technical training covers the basics of VoIP, what characteristics a network needs to support a VoIP system and how our C-Lite 2.0 cloud phone system works.
We also teach partners how to configure our system and how to troubleshoot any potential issues. This will enable them to provide first line support to their own customers thereby increasing their engagement with their clients. In addition, certified partners will be able to provide billable support to other existing Conversant customers on Conversant’s behalf, creating opportunities to earn more revenue and meet prospective new clients they can upsell their services to.
The sales training guides partners through sales process of our technology and enables them to conduct demonstrations of Conversant products.
It covers the main drivers for VoIP and hosted services, the advantages of cloud-based communications systems compared to on-premise systems, the most common questions about our technology, and how to build and send quotes. It also takes them through the on-boarding process of new customers.
Benefits of online training
The online training replaces the one-day classroom training we provided in the past.
The benefit of this is that it removes the need for people to travel to attend training, reducing the amount of time they are away from work for training. Also, the training can now be completed at people’s own pace, while the online modules allow trainees to review the course content to ensure they understand the material fully.

Customer training in the works
We are currently also developing on technical training for end-users to allow them to solve issues on their own. Details of this will be announced soon.
