MUSIC ON HOLD
In this demonstration we'll look at how to update the on hold music your Conversant cloud phone system.
There are two places that music on hold can be changed: one at the account level and the other at the user level.
Changing music on hold at the account level is a system-wide setting that will affect all users unless a user has specific music on hold set.
Choose Smart PBX from the Apps list and then and then select Hold Music. You can then choose from the available media files or else you can upload a file. Once the file is selected, select the green up arrow to upload the file. Save the changes.
Alternatively the music on hold can be set against a specific user. Choose Smart PBX from the Apps list and then select Users. Choose User Features and then Music On Hold. Enable the User Music on Hold settings and then either select or upload a file. Save the changes.
