HOW TO FORWARD CALLS IN BULK (EMERGENCY MODE)
In this demonstration we'll look at how to quickly and easily forward calls with Conversant.
In the case of an emergency such as an Internet outage or a disaster leaving your premises inaccessible, you may wish to forward calls directly to an external number such as a landline or cell phone
To forward calls for a specific number choose Smart PBX > Numbers
Click the check box next to phone numbers you wish to forward and then select forward calls.
Either choose an existing device from the dropdown or enter a new device. Entering a new device will save the details for the next time forwarding is put in place.
Select forward calls.
After the forwarding is enabled, notice the blue arrow that appears in the number row
To disable the forwarding, select the checkbox and then select disable call forwarding
