C-Vox Feature Codes
Access your voice mailbox: *97
Access another voice mailbox: *98. You will then be prompted to enter the voice mailbox number.
Login to extension: *11. You will then be prompted to enter the extension number and extension password. Note that you should log out of the extension first.
Logout of extension: *12
Milliwatt test: 1000. This is a handy call quality test. The tone should be smooth and unbroken.
Queue login: nnnn* where nnnn is the queue number
Queue logout: nnnn** where nnnn is the queue number
Group pickup: *8 (if enabled)
Blind transfer: ##. You will then be prompted to enter an extension number. Enter the number and then press #. The call will be immediately transferred.
Attended transfer: #0. You will then be prompted to enter an extension number. Enter the number and then press #. Once the other person answers you can hand the call over to them and then hang up.
Attended transfer disconnect: *0. If the other person doesn't answer you can dial this to get the call back and speak to the original caller.
