  • Identify the phone's IP Address by pressing the "Help" button.
  • Direct your browser to the ip address of the device e.g.http://192.168.0.12

  • Once you have logged in, click on 'Setup -> Identity 1' . In the "Login" tab:

    • Identity Active - On

    • Displayname - Your name

    • Account - Your Conversant SIP username

    • Password - Your Conversant SIP password

    • Registrar - As provided by Conversant

    • Authentication Name - Your Conversant SIP username

    • Mailbox - *97

  • Click on the "RTP" tab and set the "RTP Encryption" field to "off"

  • Click the "Save" button, and then click the "Reboot" button that appears at the top of the page. Your phone will restart.
